A&S Financial Consultants was founded by brothers Azan Ahmad and Subhan Ahmad, both trained at PwC, with Azan ACCA-qualified. Between them they had spent years producing the kind of financial work that large corporates take for granted: rigorous models, defensible assumptions, reporting that survives scrutiny, and watching smaller businesses go without it entirely.

The gap was never talent. It was access. A founder raising their first round, a family group consolidating six entities, a fund screening an acquisition. All of them needed Big Four-grade financial work, and none of them could justify Big Four fees or timelines.
