The engagement
The client needed a model sophisticated enough to satisfy institutional investors, one where changing a single assumption (financial case, launch path, funding case) correctly reflows every downstream tab without breaking.
What we built
A 26 tab model built around a one click scenario engine, chaining the operating build (Timeline → Funnel → Channels → Revenue) into a full cost stack (Labour, Marketing, Cloud, OpEx, Capital), fully linked P&L, Cash Flow, and Balance Sheet, a valuation module, sensitivity analysis, an executive dashboard, and an audited assumptions register.
The outcome
A zero error, 13,000 formula model reaching $38.0M ARR and 15,448 customers by FY31, with a 30.3% Rule of 40 and a $275.8M implied equity value in the base case.
